This Policy explains how SynapPress, a product of the CCI Intelligence group, collects, uses and protects your information when you visit synappress.com and synappress.com.br. We take your privacy seriously and follow applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU) and Brazil's LGPD.
1. What we collect
- Usage data (with your consent): pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location (from your IP), collected via Google Analytics.
- Data you send us: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we handle the name, contact and message you choose to share.
We do not collect sensitive data and you do not need an account to browse.
2. Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies: essential ones, needed for the site to work, and analytics ones (Google Analytics), which are only enabled after you accept in the cookie notice. You can decline without affecting your browsing and change your choice at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.
3. Why we use it
We use the data to understand how the site is used and improve it, and to respond to your messages. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); LGPD Art. 7, I) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional.
4. Who we share with
We rely on providers that help us run the site: Google (Google Analytics) and Vercel (hosting). These services may process data outside your country (including in Brazil and the United States) under appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained for the standard period configured in Google Analytics. Contact data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, at any time. To exercise these rights, write to suporte@synappress.com.br.
7. Security
The site runs over HTTPS/SSL and we follow sound technical practices to protect your information. No method is 100% foolproof, but we work to keep risks to a minimum.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect improvements or legal changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
